Return Policy
Run To Yoga accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date for products purchased on runtoyoga.com. Return shipping costs are not covered. The initial shipping cost will be refunded if the complete order is returned (excluding non-EU shipments and special shipments like large products). Products purchased from other retailers are not eligible for return.

Return Labels and Shipping Costs
We offer subsidized return labels for customers in the following EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden
You can request a return label by contacting us at info@runtoyoga.com. If your country is not listed or if you are returning from an island destination, we cannot provide a subsidized return label. In this case, you will need to arrange return shipping yourself.
Return labels are valid for returns from mainland locations only; island destinations are excluded. Run To Yoga does not provide return labels for large products (e.g., mats) or special items. For these products, you will need to arrange return shipping independently.
Please remove the original shipping label from the box, print and attach the return label, and drop off the parcel at your nearest carrier drop-off point. Return labels are not valid for home pick-ups.
Props and Mats Return Policy
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, altered, damaged or without their original (intact) packaging after receiving.

Apparel Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Run To Yoga accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for apparel purchased on runtoyoga.com. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, clean, and have all tags attached. Items returned outside the 30-day window or those that do not pass inspection may not be refunded.
Refunds
If your return passes inspection, you will receive a confirmation email, usually within 5 business days from the arrival of the returned goods. Refunds will be processed within 5 days after the confirmation email. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and any return label charges will be deducted from the refund. If standard shipping was paid for an EU order and the entire order is returned, the shipping cost will be refunded. Special shipping costs (e.g., island shipping, express shipping, or large items) are non-refundable.
Product Claims
If you experience an issue with a defective product, you can make a claim through info@runtoyoga.com. Defect claims will be processed within 5 business days. If your product was purchased from another retailer, please address your concern with that retailer.
