How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders placed by 14:00 CET on a business day will typically be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 CET will be shipped the following business day.
Due to increased demand during the holiday season, including Black Friday, please note that transit times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
Our warehouse in Slovenia processes orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Slovenian public holidays.
Orders with address irregularities, requiring special shipping or customs documents may need an extra day to be processed before shipping.
Shipping Costs:
Free shipping for orders over €150 within the EU mainland.
For orders below €150, the shipping cost is €5.99 within the EU mainland.
This free shipping offer does not apply to island destinations or non-EU countries such as Cyprus, Ireland, Malta, the United Kingdom, Norway, or any territory outside the EU customs zone. Please select the appropriate shipping rate at checkout.
International and Island Shipping:
For shipping to islands or non-EU destinations, please select the suitable shipping option during checkout. If an incorrect shipping option is selected, your order will remain on hold, which may cause a delay in shipment. We will contact you if additional shipping charges are required.
No Tax-Free Purchases or VAT Refunds:
Please note that RunToYoga does not offer tax-free purchases or VAT refunds. The retail prices will remain the same, regardless of the VAT percentage in the destination country, including export countries such as Norway, Switzerland, and other non-EU destinations.
