This nourishing and soothing drink is a great way to support your nervous system and enjoy a moment of relaxation.

Ashwagandha, reishi, and tulsi are three remarkable plants commonly used in traditional medicine for their beneficial effects on the body and mind. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that helps the body cope with stress, boosts energy, and supports the nervous system. Reishi is a mushroom that strengthens the immune system, has anti-inflammatory properties, and promotes restful sleep. Tulsi, also known as holy basil, has powerful antioxidant properties, reduces stress, and supports respiratory health. Together, these plants form a potent combination for improving overall well-being and balance in the body.

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml plant-based milk (e.g., oat, almond, coconut)
  • ½ tsp ashwagandha
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp reishi mushroom powder
  • ½ tsp tulsi powder

Preparation:

  1. Heat the milk in a pot (do not let it boil).
  2. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Sweeten to taste and enjoy this warm drink before bed or after yoga.
