When it comes to a dish made from millet porridge, we can never go wrong. It tastes good and it's incredibly nutritional. Millet porridge is a great food, suitable for anyone who has problems with the imbalance of the spleen, pancreas, and stomach. It helps regulate blood sugar and contains minerals such as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and the most noteworthy - silicium. It is also called the mineral of beauty, as it ensures the flexibility of tissues and skin, and helps to eliminate cellulite and the flexibility of veins.
Millet porridge can also be cooked with milk, but it is best to avoid dairy products in the winter, as they make the body even more slimy. Milk can be replaced with an unsweetened rice drink. You can buy date syrup or make it yourself.

- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 apple cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp of fat (coconut oil, butter, ghee)
- 1 diced apple
- ½ lemon
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp ginger powder
