Chocolate Mousse with Silk Tofu

This chocolate mousse is more than just a simple treat – it’s a true flavor experience, combining the rich taste of high-quality dark chocolate with the nutritional value of smooth silken tofu.

It’s made with 70% cocoa chocolate, meaning it contains a high percentage of pure cocoa componentscocoa mass, cocoa butter, and natural cocoa fats.
This results in less sugar and more real nutrients such as magnesium, iron, antioxidants, and other beneficial compounds the body can easily absorb.

Dark chocolate, especially the good kind, is known to boost mood, reduce cravings for unhealthy snacks, and provide a sense of satisfaction after just a few bites.
That’s why this mousse is the perfect choice for anyone seeking a healthy yet indulgent dessert.

 

Ingredients:

  • 400g of silken tofu
  • 175g of chocolate, I used 70% with added raspberries
  • Save some chocolate for decoration
  • ½ cup of honey or agave syrup
  • Lemon juice (2 tsp)
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • Frozen raspberries or strawberries (cut into pieces)

 

Preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolate over hot steam
  2. Add well-drained silken tofu, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla to a blender. Mix to combine the ingredients.
  3. Add the melted chocolate to the mixer and mix again until the ingredients are combined.
  4. Chop frozen strawberries or raspberries into small pieces and grate a couple of pieces of chocolate.
  5. Place pieces of strawberries or raspberries at the bottom of the glass and pour in the chocolate and tofu mixture.
  6. Decorate with pieces of fruit and grated chocolate.
  7. Mousse will last a few days in the fridge
