A divine dessert with cocoa, which you can easily serve even to such a demanding audience. It is made from 70% cocoa. This means that it contains 70% cocoa parts or 70% cocoa, cocoa fat, and cocoa butter, so less sugar and more nutrients. It will do for four cups.
Ingredients:
- 400g of silken tofu
- 175g of chocolate, I used 70% with added raspberries
- Save some chocolate for decoration
- ½ cup of honey or agave syrup
- Lemon juice (2 tsp)
- 1 vanilla pod
- Frozen raspberries or strawberries (cut into pieces)
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate over hot steam
- Add well-drained silken tofu, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla to a blender. Mix to combine the ingredients.
- Add the melted chocolate to the mixer and mix again until the ingredients are combined.
- Chop frozen strawberries or raspberries into small pieces and grate a couple of pieces of chocolate.
- Place pieces of strawberries or raspberries at the bottom of the glass and pour in the chocolate and tofu mixture.
- Decorate with pieces of fruit and grated chocolate.
- Mousse will last a few days in the fridge
